Position Responsibilities and Objectives

• Responsibility for quality and food safety management. Achieving annual IFS Food certification and all other quality seals (Rainforest Alliance, Organic, Fairtrade) of the company
• Quality management representative, HACCP lead, Food Defense Team lead, Food Fraud Team lead
• Liaison with the management, close collaboration with and interface to departments
• Conducting and enhancing internal and external audits
• Ensuring optimized process flows from a quality perspective and their continuous improvement
• Tracking and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing quarterly reports, and facilitating management reviews
• Developing, maintaining, and optimizing the eQMS system involving and possibly training the relevant departments
• Training and supporting employees on quality matters

The main goals of the position are to maintain and enhance the quality of our products and services from a food safety perspective, increase customer satisfaction, identify and minimize risks and errors to prevent crises, and promote quality awareness within the company.

Your Profile

Professional Requirements

• Completed studies in nutritional sciences, nutritional economics, food technology, or equivalent, or completed training in this field with relevant further education
• Experience in quality management
• Good knowledge of legal requirements for food safety (HACCP etc.)

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills and persuasiveness, moderation skills, perseverance
• Analytical thinking, process orientation, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficient in MS-Office, high IT affinity, good English skills

What We Offer

• We offer you an unlimited full-time contract (38.75 hours per week), a competitive salary, 28 days of vacation (gradual increase to 30)
• We have fixed and family-friendly working hours:
  Monday 08:00 to 16:30, Tuesday to Thursday 07:30 to 16:30, Friday 07:30 to 14:30
• Overtime is rare. If it does occur, it can be compensated with leisure time from the first minute onwards
