We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Campaign Coordinator (all genders) to support our Los Angeles team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to grow in influencer marketing, social media, and digital advertising. You'll work closely with senior team members to research and source creators, manage email outreach, and support the day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns. This role will play a key part in supporting internal campaign organization and streamlining communication between creators, internal teams, and clients.
Influencer Research & Outreach
- Research and source influencers across platforms based on the provided campaign details and goals
- Lead email outreach to creators, sharing defined scope, details and timelines
- Oversee negotiations and contracts
- Support internal processes with daily status updates
Campaign Support & Coordination
- Assist in preparing and sharing customized creator briefs
- Support internal coordination of timelines, onboarding, and approvals, flagging delays promptly
- Organize content deliverables and assets neatly within our shared Google workspaces (sheets, drive)
- Keep track of content deliverables and liaise feedback from the client to the creator
- Send creators posting instructions once all details are approved
- Help gather performance data throughout live campaigns for our post-campaign reports. This includes following up with creators to collect organic performance data (analytic screenshots) after creators go-live
Relationship Support
- Help maintain positive relationships with talent agents and creators
- Support ongoing campaign communications and updates internally
- Assist with scheduling, database upkeep, and basic budget tracking
- Provide general support to senior team members to ensure campaigns stay organized and on track
YOU:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience
- 1–2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing (internships count)
- Strong interest in influencer culture, social trends, and creator platforms
- Strong understanding with TikTok and Instagram and how brands show up on those platforms
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
