- Successfully completed technical education with further training as a technician / master (m/f/d) or equivalent further education desired
- Initial experience in order planning and control as well as team leadership
- Knowledge of various welding manufacturing processes or willingness to learn them
- Proficient in MS Office suite and familiarity with an ERP system
- Excellent German language skills in both verbal and written communication
- Solution-oriented and structured work approach, assertiveness, and high team orientation
- Coordination and planning of personnel and resources to ensure timely task and order processing
- Reporting quality variations and devising solutions in collaboration with responsible departments
- Release of production orders and support of work preparation in developing new products
