- Actively participate in internal and external meetings, fostering collaboration with various teams and partners.
- Identify and develop new target partners across relevant channels to meet business growth objectives.
- Assist with the organization of meetings, presentations, excel analysis and events, including outreach and coordination.
- Efficiently manage and schedule appointments, ensuring timely communication and organization.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and evaluate potential partners for strategic collaboration.
- Actively manage the partner relationships to drive resale of the BuildingMinds platform in collaboration with the sales team.
- Contribute to partner marketing initiatives together with the marketing team by contributing to engaging presentations, white papers, sales materials, and various collateral.
- Efficiently manage legal processes and documentation (NDA, MoU, SLA, Contractual Agreement).
- Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage.
- You are a student of economics, business, real estate, sustainability, or a similar field.
- Basic legal and business knowledge.
- You bring a proactive mindset, are organized and have strong time management skills.
- You have a thirst for learning and growth in a start-up environment and a passion for sustainability topics.
- Solution-focused and open-minded personality; detail-oriented with a focus on results.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
