To keep our operations network secureand assure operational continuity, we are looking for anexperienced and customer obsessed professional who wants to joinour team as Cluster Loss Prevention Manager.

In this key role, youwill be accountable for the delivery of security as a service to acluster of operational sites across the end-to-end supply chain toprotect our people and prevent loss.

Key jobresponsibilities

• Be accountable for Security & LossPrevention performance within your cluster
• Manage ateam of Security and Loss Prevention professionals who providesecurity as a service to operational sites within a geographicalarea of responsibility that make up a cluster
• Ensuresite compliance, regular site audits, and physical security postureof sites within your cluster
• Manage relevant riskswithin your cluster (prevention, intervention,investigation)
• Engage senior management within yourcluster to ensure a positive working relationship, understandopportunities to support, and provide security riskguidance

A day in thelife

As a Cluster Loss Prevention Manager, you areresponsible for a team of Security and Loss Preventionprofessionals who provide security as a service to operationalsites from across the Amazon supply chain within a geographicalarea of responsibility that make up a cluster.

You will beaccountable for the performance of Security and Loss Preventionwithin your cluster. Thus, you manage the day-to-day tacticaldeployment of your team to manage security and loss preventionrelated workload.

You prioritize incoming workload and assess risksto ensure meeting service level agreements agreed with yourinternal customers and proactively avoid adverse impact to thebusiness.

You coach your team and provide expert guidancethroughout prevention, intervention and investigation. Your teammanages the day-to-day operational activities; however, you willtake ownership when problems become complex.

You work with yourteam to identify, evaluate, and mitigate all security risks withinyour cluster and share findings and best practices with the widerbusiness.

You will be responsible for ensuring site compliance,regular site audits, and physical security posture of sites withinyour cluster.

Additionally, you will be responsible for budgetaryplanning for external service providers as well as the recruitingof your direct reports in your cluster.

Finally, you engage seniormanagement within your cluster to ensure a positive workingrelationship, understand opportunities to support, and providesecurity risk guidance.

Working inpartnership with our stakeholders, we secure the Amazon supplychain end-to-end and promote security during businessconversations.

We do this by preventing security and lossprevention-related risks and vulnerabilities as early as possible,intervening in unfolding incidents to minimize any negative impactas well as thoroughly investigating security-related incidents toidentify and remove root causes, preventingreoccurrence.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree ordegree equivalent
• Relevant advanced security- orrisk-related experience (e.g., security services, asset protection,loss prevention, risk management, inventory management,investigations, supply chain, auditing, compliance, orsimilar)
• Relevant team experience managing a teamdispersed across a geographical area as well as development,hiring, and performance management
• Relevant experienceworking with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in aprofessional environment
• Advanced proficiency inwritten and verbal German and upper intermediate proficiency inwritten and verbal English

• Relevant experience in business writingand communicating with a wide range of seniorstakeholders
• Driver'slicense
