We are currently seeking for a Warehouse Storekeeper who is pivotal in managing the warehouse operations for a significant energy conversion project in Altbach, Germany.

This role involves overseeing the efficient handling, storage, and documentation of construction materials and consumables, ensuring a streamlined supply chain to support project timelines.

Tasks

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods within the project site warehouse.
• Ensure accurate matching of received materials with shipping documents and manage inventory control.
• Prepare materials for dispatch, ensuring compliance with storage and transportation specifications.

Detailed Tasks:

• Load and unload goods using appropriate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Support crane and other special equipment operations for handling larger or more delicate materials.
• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods for compliance and integrity, and document any discrepancies or damages.
• Facilitate the collection and preparation of materials based on daily requirements, maintaining precise records in the ERP system.
• Provide materials directly to workers, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of warehouse transactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the energy, construction, or oil and gas sectors.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety regulations.
• Proficient in the use of warehouse equipment and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in English and German.
• Capable of performing under pressure and managing multiple tasks efficiently.

This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of the supply chain and supporting the seamless progression of the conversion project. The Warehouse Storekeeper must be highly organized, proactive, and committed to upholding the highest standards of warehouse management.
