    BESCHREIBUNG

    Zerspanungsmechaniker/innen kennen die verschiedenen Werkstoff-eigenschaften und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen alle Tätigkeiten im Bereich der spanenden Fertigung. Sie betreuen CNC gesteuerte Fräs-, Dreh-, Schleifmaschinen und wenden unterschiedliche Techniken an. Zudem überwachen Sie die Qualität der Werkstücke, korrigieren, messen und prüfen sie.

    AUSBILDUNGSINHALTE

  • Präzisionsbauteile aus unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen mit spanenden Verfahren wie Fräsen, Drehen oder Schleifen anfertigen
  • CNC-Maschinen programmieren
  • Fräs-, Dreh- und Schleifmaschinen einrichten und rüsten
  • Fertigungsprozesse planen und überwachen
  • Qualitätskontrolle der angefertigten Teile
  • Wirtschaftlich denken und handeln

  • Lehrzeit: 3,5 Jahre
  • Berufsschule: ​​​​​​1. und 2. Lehrjahr: 1,5 Tage pro Woche ​​​​​3. und 4. Lehrjahr: 1 Tag pro Woche
  • Ausbildungsstationen: Ausbildungslehrwerkstatt, Materiallager, Teilefertigung (Fräsen, Drehen, Schleifen, Bohren, Erodieren, Messen)
