Your responsibilities:

• Managing the telephone switchboard and entrance area
• Organizing and coordinating appointments
• Handling administrative tasks for management and administration
• Actively supporting the deputy director in the marketing area and public relations
• Ensuring a flawless appearance of the villa in every aspect

Your profile:

• Experience in the service sector
• Excellent MS Office skills
• High level of service and customer orientation
• Communication skills, friendliness, helpfulness, professional appearance
• Quick comprehension and willingness to further educate
