    Joining our Business Development, Commercialisation, and Supply Chain Management division at our Köln location, we are seeking a

    Personal Assistant to Director-Level (m/f/d)

    YOUR NEW ROLE:

    • Providing personal assistance and administrative support to three directors in all aspects of daily work organization
    • Managing schedules and calendars, including appointment preparation, execution, and follow-up
    • Preparing reports, decision papers, documents, and meeting minutes
    • Handling administrative processes and compiling operational reports (e.g., working hours, applications, budgets)
    • Organizing and coordinating events, projects, travel arrangements, and expense accounting

    YOUR PROFILE:

    • Hold a degree in Economics or a related field with equivalent qualifications/experience
    • Prior experience as an Assistant is advantageous
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude
    • Exhibit discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
    • Fluency in written and spoken German and English for business interactions
