On behalf of a nursing company in Helmstadt-Bargen, we are currently seeking a Quality Officer (m/f/d).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for planning, executing, and documenting quality management measures in the nursing facility.
• Develop and optimize internal processes and workflows to continuously enhance the quality of care services.
• Conduct internal audits, trainings, and support in implementing legal and professional requirements.
• Collaborate with on-site teams and provide consultation to stakeholders.
• Promote communication between different departments and staff regarding quality matters.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), or nursing specialist (m/f/d).
• Completed further education in quality management (minimum 140 hours) or as a nursing service manager (minimum 460 hours).
• Motivation, commitment, and joy in actively contributing to the development of the nursing facility.
• Extensive work experience as a full-time nursing professional (m/f/d).
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS-Office programs.
