    Die AGILA Tierversicherung AG ist ein führendes Unternehmen in der Tiergesundheitsversicherungsbranche mit etwa 30 Jahren Erfahrung.

    Durch die kürzliche Abspaltung von der Mutter ist die Stimmung bei AGILA durch Aufbruch geprägt. Das Aktuariat wird aktuell neu aufgebaut und wir suchen Ideengeber, die Spaß am Aufbau von neuen Strukturen und Prozessen haben.     Aufgaben

    • Erstellung genauer Preise für alle Produkte im Einklang mit Strategie, Rentabilitätszielen und Zeichnungspolitik
    • Entwicklung des Risikobasismodells unter Verwendung von GLM-Techniken sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Überprüfungen zur Optimierung der Marktpreise
    • Überwachung der Handels- und Versicherungsleistung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der MI und KPIs für das Pricing
    • Identifizieren der wichtigsten Versicherungs-Risiken sowie Unterstützung bei der Aktualisierung des UW-Risks Monitoring Dashboards
    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den europaweiten Teams und Entwicklung neuer innovativer Lösungen

    Qualifikation

    • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Mathematik oder vergleichbar
    • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen
    • Kenntnisse zur Datenmanipulation sowie Codierung (SAS/R/Python/Sql)
    • Analytische Denkweise kombiniert mit ausgeprägten Zahlenverständnis
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
