    Your role entails delineating and executing the Workday Extend Roadmap within the IT&D HR framework in alignment with the HR strategy. Continuously monitoring the evolution of Workday Extend through keeping abreast of market trends is essential.

    You possess a comprehensive understanding of Workday Extend's sophisticated presentation elements, Advanced Data, and Orchestration Services. You assume global accountability for the operational reliability of Workday Extend applications, along with designing solutions.

    Conducting seamless coordination within IT&D and HR to gather, comprehend, and analyze business requirements for Extend applications is part of your mandate. You define project scopes and strategize their implementation.

    Your duties encompass actively engaging in incident handling/enhancements to bolster existing advanced applications and offering project leadership at a global level for advanced application deployment.

    You are entrusted with the testing, validation, and deployment of Workday Extend applications while ensuring adherence to internal controls.
