- Independently conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on production equipment to ensure continuous availability
- Analyze issues and implement optimization measures
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance measures (TPM)
- Support production equipment modifications and installation tasks
- Act as the deputy responsible electrical specialist for the site ensuring compliance with regulations
- Focus on adhering to all safety regulations, environmental protection, and contributing to developing a comprehensive safety culture on-site
- In the absence of the department manager, organize the electrical workshop and supervise the current 9 employees
- Technical training as an industrial electrician combined with a master's degree in electrical engineering
- Several years of experience in electrical maintenance
- Good knowledge of programming PLCs (preferably Siemens S5 and S7)
- Automation technology knowledge is desirable
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a hands-on approach
