    Job Description

    • Independently conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on production equipment to ensure continuous availability
    • Analyze issues and implement optimization measures
    • Plan and implement preventive maintenance measures (TPM)
    • Support production equipment modifications and installation tasks
    • Act as the deputy responsible electrical specialist for the site ensuring compliance with regulations
    • Focus on adhering to all safety regulations, environmental protection, and contributing to developing a comprehensive safety culture on-site
    • In the absence of the department manager, organize the electrical workshop and supervise the current 9 employees

    Qualifications

    • Technical training as an industrial electrician combined with a master's degree in electrical engineering
    • Several years of experience in electrical maintenance
    • Good knowledge of programming PLCs (preferably Siemens S5 and S7)
    • Automation technology knowledge is desirable
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a hands-on approach
