Job Description:

As a Data Management Specialist in Product Marketing, you will support our Product Managers and register sales opportunities with IT manufacturers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Registering customer IT projects in the databases of the IT manufacturers we work with
• Transferring customer inquiry data to various online portals and verifying crucial details
• Resolving issues with Account Managers or IT suppliers
• Regularly reviewing and updating project statuses and conducting project comparisons
• Taking on manufacturer-specific tasks such as inputting price lists or generating reports as your knowledge grows
• Supporting Product Managers in administrative tasks, event planning, and organization
• Contributing to the maintenance of the webshop and newsletter creation

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in a business, marketing, or administrative field, with some work experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Independent and results-oriented work ethic
• Affinity for administrative tasks and interest in IT products
• Fluency in German and good written and verbal English skills
• Open and confident communication style
