We are Currently Hiring a Microsoft Messaging Consultant (m/w/d) for the Domino/Notes to Microsoft 365 Transition:

• Full-time or Part-time position
• Location: Ettlingen, Germany
• Hybrid work model
• No prior professional experience required

As a Microsoft Messaging Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

Leading migrations from Notes/Domino to M365/Exchange and implementing mail systems, including mailflows, security standards, and PowerShell scripts.

Key technologies and products involved in our projects: Microsoft Exchange (Online) Server, M365, (Azure) Active Directory, PowerShell, and Quest Notes Migrator/Coexistence Manager.

Your tasks will involve:

• Advising business departments on Microsoft Messaging solutions, which also entails utilizing our partner products (Quest, AvePoint, etc.)
• Planning and executing migrations to Exchange or Exchange Swing Migrations and upgrades
• Taking on the technical project management role during project implementation, overseeing business departments until the project goes live
• Providing consultation and implementing Security & Compliance Features

We are looking for individuals with:

• A completed technical apprenticeship as an IT specialist or a degree in Information Technology, or equivalent qualifications
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, PowerShell, and ideally experience with migration tools like Quest 'Notes Migrator' and 'Coexistence Manager'
• Basic understanding of Lotus/IBM/HCL Domino and Notes
• Microsoft certifications are a plus and will be supported by us
• Willingness to travel to customer meetings for project success, such as kick-off meetings, workshops, or migrations
• Availability to work on weekends during migrations (compensatory time off or overtime pay is possible)
