Job summary

Coordinate and manage high-impact international cooperation activities on behalf of EASA ensuring that the Agency s external engagements whether institutional or technical are strategically aligned professionally delivered and contribute effectively to EU aviation safety objectives The successful candidate will be assigned to one of the following areas Lead Institutional Relations Manager ICAO with focus on EASA s institutional relationship with ICAO and the coordination of global regulatory cooperation in support of EU aviation safety objectives Technical coordination project delivery with focus on the delivery and governance of technical cooperation projects General Accountabilities International Cooperation Governance Coordination Coordinate and manage complex international cooperation activities on behalf of the Agency ensuring alignment with EU aviation safety objectives Agency strategy and applicable legal policy frameworks Act as a central coordination point across EASA directorates regions and technical domains to ensure coherent consistent effective engagement with international partners Steering Performance Ensure the effective planning delivery monitoring International Cooperation Activities agreements or projects including performance tracking risk management continuous improvement Provide senior management strategic input analysis recommendations International Cooperation Priorities risks opportunities Stakeholder Engagement Representation Manage relationships key international institutional partners ensuring clear communication alignment expectations appropriate positioning EASA in international contexts Knowledge Process Capability Development Contribute development consistency improvement International Cooperation Processes tools ways working Support knowledge-sharing capacity-building professional development across international community Specific Accountabilities Depending assignment area job holder additional responsibilities Lead Institutional Relations Manager ICAO Manage coordinate institutional relationship between EASA ICAO including implementation oversight working arrangements cooperation agreements TC Coordination Project Delivery Lead deliver complex technical cooperation projects multi-country initiatives support third countries Act process owner ensure consistency quality compliance methodologies Provide methodological leadership information guidelines project managers acting referent Ensure proactive risk quality corrective actions Framework Contracts Manager oversee framework contracts implementation performance ,
