The department is responsible for the areas of accounting, reporting, design and management for the financial reporting processes, as well as the accounting system of Daimler Truck Financial Services GmbH (DTFS).

For this exciting and challenging area, we are looking for an In-house Consultant for Accounting/ Financial Reporting Processes(f/m/x).

As an In-house Business Consultant, you will be responsible for the development and support of a new, standardized SAP system landscape for accounting and financial reporting for the Daimler Truck Financial Services Group (DTFS).

Support in the development of a new, standardized SAP system landscape for accounting and financial reporting for the Daimler Truck Financial Services (DTFS) Group.

• Customizing of Asset Accounting module in SAP
• Governance of Asset Accounting processes of our company
• Analysis and description of the requirements of local transactional accounting processes taking into account local accounting standards as well as the accounting processes for leasing and financing in the local companies
• Support of continuous development to make processes more efficient
• Support in the upgrade to S/4HANA for the Asset accounting part

Completed degree in economics with a focus on accounting/controlling, completed degree in business informatics or comparable degree program

Several years of professional experience in the fields of accounting and controlling

• Ideally, additional training in the SAP environment (e.g. SAP certification)
• Experience with project work in an international environment
• Experience in the area of method, process and system design for accounting and controllingrelevant business processes
• Experience or knowledge in the financing and/or leasing environment, especially for DTFS

Business fluent in German and English

Very good knowledge of SAP AA (incl. Strong analytical, interdisciplinary and integrative thinking and acting in an international environment
