- Ausbau und Pflege von Key-Account Kunden in Deutschland und Österreich
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien zur Steigerung der Marktpräsenz
- Analyse der Vertriebs- und Marktstrukturen
- Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsstrategie in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Schnittstellen insbesondere mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst sowie den nationalen und internationalen Vertriebsteams und dem Bereich Marketing (online/offline)
- Professionelles Berichtswesen, Prognosen und Analysen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung / abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Luftfahrt/Tourismus
- Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung bei einer Fluggesellschaft
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Vertriebskanäle (z.B. GDS, OTA,IBE usw.) sowie der relevanten luftfahrtspezifischen Prozesse
- Ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenzen, Flexibilität sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf allen Ebenen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft
