    About The Position

    Gauzy is a leading material science company, dedicated to developing and marketing vision and light control technologies for diverse industries to enhance user experiences.

    We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive projects with top industry partners in windows and partitions glazing and explore new business opportunities in office design.

    This role offers the chance to grow expertise in the windows, partitions, and smart office design sector, managing key accounts in a dynamic start-up environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary contact for existing customers across multiple European countries.
    • Collaborate closely with the local partner network, focusing on Retrofit and Glass Processors.
    • Follow up on leads and identify new opportunities, particularly in complete LCG projects.
    • Drive business development initiatives and maintain Salesforce data accurately.
    • Ensure adherence to customer order procedures and collaborate with internal teams.
    • Prepare for international travel as needed.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated experience managing large office development projects.
    • BSc or MSc in interior design/architecture or related field; Previous certification in the industry is a plus.
    • Background in commercial partitions and familiarity with the Smart Glass Industry preferred.
    • In-depth knowledge of office design and a drive to generate leads in this field.
    • Self-motivated, capable of delivering exceptional results independently under pressure.
    • Strong presentation skills, especially at the C-Level.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic planning abilities.
    • Proficiency in English is a requirement.
