    Working Student in Indirect Procurement (m/f/d)

    Your tasks

  • Support, monitor and manage operational procurement tasks such as the PP process (purchpasepay)
  • Maintain supplier master data
  • Digitalize & optimize operational procurement processes
  • Project management (Drive own projects within the field of strategic/ operational procurement)
  • Benchmark and cost analyses for indirect categories
  • Analyze and optimize expenses

    • Your profile

  • Fluent English skills are essential
  • Degree in business administration (ideally with a focus on procurement or supply management), finance, (business) psychology or a comparable course of study
  • Enjoyment of varied tasks
  • Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • High degree of initiative, "hands-on" mentality and team orientation

    Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung, Überwachung und Verwaltung operativer Beschaffungsaufgaben wie des PP-Prozesses (purchpasepay)
  • Lieferantenstammdaten pflegen
  • Operative Beschaffungsprozesse digitalisieren & optimieren
  • Projektmanagement (Vorantreiben eigener Projekte im Bereich des strategischen/operativen Einkaufs)
  • Benchmark- und Kostenanalysen für indirekte Kategorien
  • Ausgaben analysieren und optimieren

    • Dein Profil

  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse sind essenziell
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf oder Supply Management), Finanzen, (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang
  • Spaß an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel- und PowerPoint
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, "Hands-on"-Mentalität und Teamorientierung
