We are dedicated to optimizing the processes at Union Investment. Currently, we are expanding our expertise in planning systems. As an Application Manager in the Real Estate Department based in Hamburg, you will play a key role in enhancing our IT systems, applications, and consultancy for internal clients responsible for real estate processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and ensuring the smooth operation of expert systems for planning processes
• Providing guidance to internal users on system usage
• Designing and implementing tailored solutions for planning systems
• Engaging in development activities within agile teams for evolving planning solutions in Anaplan
• Shaping the future of our tech stack for planning processes

Requirements:

• Background in (Business) Informatics or similar, with experience in designing solutions in the FP&A sector
• Proficiency in Anaplan, preferably with certification
• Knowledge of cloud, databases, and interface technologies
• Experience in implementing new interfaces
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Preferably, familiarity with the financial services industry or real estate investment processes
• Collaborative, respectful, enthusiastic, and team-oriented work approach
