    Ihre Rolle

  • die Software Team-Productowner und Projektcontroller bei der Projektorganisation und dem Controlling unterstützen
  • die Software Team-Productowner bei der Projektplanung unterstützen, überwachen und steuern, sowie gemeinsam die erforderlichen Meilensteine festlegen und zu einem Gesamtplan verknüpfen
  • die Projektressourcenplanung mit Hilfe der Tools (Plantool, Azure & CanDo) aktuell halten
  • bei der Status- und Fortschrittskontrolle der Projekte inkl. deren Reportings aktiv mitwirken (u.a. Monatsberichte, Projektreviews, Soll-Ist-Vergleiche aus Basis von SAP)
  • R&D- und Projektmanagementprozesse für den Bereich weiterentwickeln, sowie das Projektdokumentenmanagement in SharePoint und SAP unterstützen und pflegen und für einheitliche Ablagestrukturen sorgen
  • projektbezogene Meetings, Plan-Tage, Workshops und Meilenstein-Reviews organisieren und protokollieren

    • Ihr Profil

  • ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Erfahrung in Projektmanagement
  • gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP, SharePoint und MS Teams sowie Azure DevOps Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und großer Teamgeist
  • eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaf, rascher Auffassungsgabe und gutem Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
