- Steuerung des Operations Controlling für das Werk Essen als Business Partner Finance
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von transparenten Reports und KPI-Analysen zu Kosten, Durchlaufzeiten, Beständen und weiteren Performance-KPIs
- Unterstützung in der Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Ramp Up Maßnahmen
- Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsbewertungen operativer Prozesse
- Mitwirkung bei der monatlichen, quartalsweisen und jährlichen Planung sowie bei Forecasts für den Operationsbereich
- Durchführung von Investitionsrechnungen und Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Produktionsprojekten
- Durchführung von Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen
- Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung von BI-Systemen und SAP BW für das operative Reporting
- Mitwirkung bei internen und externen Audits
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Produktion oder Supply Chain
Dein Profil:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Operations-, oder Werkscontrolling
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für Produktions-, Logistik- und Materialflussprozesse
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit KPIs und Steuerungskennzahlen im Operationsumfeld
- Sicherer Umgang mit BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI) sowie mit SAP BW und idealerweise auch SAP CO, PP oder MM
- Analytisches Denken, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
