Job summary
You will coordinate global requests and drive continuous improvements for lead management processes and tools to ensure global harmonization.
Responsibilities
- You write and test user stories and analyze process and tool issues to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- You monitor KPIs, data quality, and end-user adoption to identify and implement process, tool, and data quality improvements
- You act as a key point of contact for the business, answering how-to questions related to sales processesand tools
- You support the sales process product owner in prioritizingand managing incoming requests
