Agilent arbeitet mit einem führenden Biopharmaunternehmen mit Sitz in Freiburg zusammen und sucht einen engagierten Enterprise Scheduling Coordinator (ESC)In dieser Rolle bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden sowie unseren Vertriebs- und Serviceteams und koordinierst die Vielzahl der von der Agilent CrossLab Group angebotenen Services.
Dabei zählt die klassische Auftragsbearbeitung, das Bearbeiten von Serviceanfragen, die Administration von Serviceverträgen, das Veranlassen des Versandes von Austauschgeräten genauso zu deinen Aufgaben wie die Überwachung von Geldeingängen von unseren Kunden oder das Beauftragen von Lieferanten und die Überwachung der Leistungserbringung.
- Bearbeitung von administrativen Aufgaben im Kundendienst sowie im internationalen Umfeld
- Arbeit an diversen Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit Teamkollegen
- Erledigung von routinemäßigen Kundendienstaufgaben anhand interner Prozesse, inkl. der Bearbeitungvon End-zu-End-Interaktionen mit Kunden sowie externen Serviceprovidern
- Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen aus Service, Vertriebund Supportin einem internationalen Umfeld
