Job summary
AixConcept GmbH ist Teil der Harris-Gruppe und sucht einen Director Sales für die Verantwortung für die Vertriebsorganisation.
Dieser soll den Ausbau des Neukundengeschäfts sowie die Weiterentwicklung des Bestandskundengeschäfts vorantreiben.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Sales Strategie in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
Klare Ziel- und Prioritätensteuerung mit Verantwortung für nachhaltiges Umsatzwachstum - Hands-on Gewinnung neuer Kunden inkl. Qualifizierung, Stakeholder-Management, Angebots- und Ausschreibungsmanagement bis Vertragsabschluss
- Standardisierung und laufende Optimierung des gesamten Vertriebsprozesses (Lead → Opportunity → Closing) inkl. Methodik, Playbooks, CRM-Disziplin und hoher Datenqualität
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, CSAT und reibungslosen Abläufen
- Führung und Entwicklung des Sales Teams; Zielvereinbarungen, Trainings und konsequentes Performance-Management
