    THE ROLE

    We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our Group Development department. In this exciting and challenging role, you will be pivotal in delivering Canyon products to market, driving both customer satisfaction and Canyon's future success. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across the entire organization to steer projects from first ideas to market launch. These projects may include innovation initiatives, regular portfolio updates, or gear and accessory development.

    YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW

  • Lead innovation or product development projects and programs from requirements analysis to successful completion.
  • Manage project teams composed of members from various departments and backgrounds, as well as external partners and suppliers.
  • Ensure project success with complete transparency regarding scope, cost, and timeline.
  • Prepare and implement steering bodies, including regular direct communication with top management.
  • Provide regular reporting within the framework of project and company structures.
  • Proactively support the continuous development and optimization of our process landscape.

    • HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE RACE

  • Hold a degree in economics, engineering, or a comparable field of study.
  • 3-5 years professional experience as a project or program manager
  • Professional experience in the field of consumer products/haptic products desirable.
  • Experience in the bicycle industry is a significant advantage.
  • Proficient in classic and/or agile project management methods, with a strong understanding of processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, combined with cultural awareness.
  • Quick comprehension and the ability to answer both familiar and unfamiliar topics efficiently.
  • Strong prioritization and self-organization skills, always keeping Canyon's best interests in mind.
  • Business fluent in English, both written and spoken.
