Responsibilities:

Technical and disciplinary management of the labelling area in the warehouse

Ensuring the activities in this area:

labelling of our products in accordance with legal and customer-specific specifications and the Klüber standard

Handing over the packed and labelled goods to the loading area

Regular implementation of the 5S+S specifications in the area used

Monitoring the warehouse KPIs for the dispatch volume and ensuring the required

required delivery reliability, derivation of improvement measures

Optimisation of work processes, taking into account lean management methods and procedures, as well as business management

principles

Coordination of processes with upstream and downstream processes to ensure a to ensure a holistic process flow

Close coordination with neighbouring specialist departments

Support for projects within logistics

Representation of the divisional management in the LOG DC area

Management of employees in the Labelling division in line with KLM

Principles of leadership and cooperation

Qualifications:

Degree in logistics, industrial engineering or comparable training

Several years of professional experience in the field of logistics, specialising in warehouse logistics

Best practice experience in intra- and extra logistics

Very good IT skills, especially SAP

Process- and solution-orientated way of thinking

Several years of experience in personnel management

Above-average commitment, hands-on mentality

Sound knowledge of lean management/Six Sigma methodology

Team-orientation and social skills

Very good command of English

High stress resistance
