RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring the operation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure and data centers
• Collaborating in finding solutions to technical issues in the IT infrastructure
• Technical fault qualification and resolution in the 2nd and 3rd level support
• Participating in the further development and optimization of IT security processes and knowledge building within the company
• Local and global project installations in the IT infrastructure environment
• Conducting scheduled maintenance and further development of IT infrastructures
• Identifying, evaluating, and implementing new solutions in the IT infrastructure

PROFILE

• Completed degree in Information Technology or similar field
• Relevant work experience in the field is advantageous
• Professional experience in system administration of Windows servers, Microsoft products, and Active Directory environments
• Solid knowledge in system administration, particularly in network and client-server operations including data center operations, is advantageous
• Knowledge in network technologies, virtualization, cloud technologies (including Azure and M365) is desirable
• Analytical and structured working approach, as well as independence
• Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities
• Excellent German and English language skills
