- Advise our aviation clients as well as airports and terminals managed by us and participate in complex airport projects worldwide.
- Support or lead our aviation consulting and management engagements in the areas of corporate strategy, business planning, commercial development, ORAT project management, and operations improvement.
- Formulate and develop recommendations, solutions and business cases with attention to client requirements and present them to our clients' management on any level.
- Support or lead business development engagements together with our teams to jointly succeed in the acquisition of new projects.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for the aviation industry in the area of Advanced Air Mobility, Sustainability & Carbon Reduction and Digitalization & Automatization.
- You have a Master's degree with focus on business, engineering or equivalent. Educational background in the area of aviation is of advantage.
- You bring several years of work experience in consulting business, airport companies or aviation industry with you.
- You are a strong team player willing to work in and lead intercultural mixed teams.
- You are a highly motivated person with a strong analytical mindset and get-things-done attitude with a positive approach.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills in multicultural and multi-disciplinary environments.
- You are comfortable with ambiguous and changing situations and show a high level of commitment to your goals and tasks. You are flexible and willing to travel extensively.
- You have excellent English language skills (oral and written), other language skills are advantageous, good German language skills welcome.
- You are skilled and experienced in working with MS365 and related applications.
- Certified clean police record for airport pass application and police background check

The consultancy Munich Airport International GmbH (MAI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Flughafen München GmbH, provides management, consulting and training services for the aviation industry worldwide.
