We are currently looking to directly place a Supervisory Management (m/f/d) with managerial experience on a full-time basis at our client's facility in Düren or Münster for our central accommodation facility for refugees.

Working hours are from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30. No weekend work required.

• Organizing and overseeing all daily operations in the facility


• Responsibility for the organization and accommodation of refugees and asylum seekers while considering social aspects and legal regulations


• Point of contact for staff and residents


• Shift and vacation planning, as well as personnel management


• Initiating all measures for maintaining the facility


• Collaboration with relevant authorities and offices


• Working with external specialized services


• Participation in on-call duty

• A degree in Educational Sciences, Social Pedagogy, Pedagogy, or Psychology with a focus on Personnel and Organization


• At least 1 year of managerial experience


• Proficiency in German at least at level C1 and English at least at level B2


• Good command of common Microsoft Office programs


• Problem-solving skills, cooperative, and communicative


• Team player, leadership qualities, and assertiveness
