Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the contract-compliant handling of projects in the West region
• Control and monitoring of project implementation - deadlines, technical aspects, commercial aspects
• Local coordination and direct contact person for the specialist parties involved (architects, engineers, experts, executing construction companies, etc.)
• Ideas and concept development for existing areas in collaboration with internal & external project participants
• Establishing and maintaining contacts with local authorities, authorities & regionally operating project partners
• Independently conducting award negotiations

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in architecture or civil engineering
• Professional experience as a project manager in commercial existing properties with a focus on construction
• Very good knowledge of HOAI and VOB as well as MS Excel
• Good knowledge in the field of construction law (official construction permit procedures) & structural fire protection
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, high level of initiative
• Distinct sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and decision-making ability
