Join Our Team as an Electrical Network Infrastructure Specialist at Syna

Are you ready to take on the challenges of expanding electrical energy networks with a dedicated team at Syna? As part of our team, you will be responsible for the future-oriented development of electrical energy networks, addressing the challenges posed by the energy, heat, and transportation transition, digitalization, and especially the expansion of network infrastructure. This includes tasks such as connecting major consumers like data centers and municipal utilities in the Rhein-Main region. You can expect a modern and dynamic work environment with diverse and challenging responsibilities.

• Electrical Components and Systems: You will be involved in the design and procurement of electrical components and systems, as well as the approval and coordination of their construction and integration into the high-voltage network
• Project Planning: You will plan and oversee the progress and execution of network infrastructure projects with a project budget of several million euros
• Project Management and Controlling: You will monitor project progress, coordinate project workflows, identify potential issues early on, and find solutions to ensure project success
• Collaboration: You will work on cross-functional expert teams within the E.ON Group, shaping technical standards

Requirements for Success

• You hold a degree in Electrical Energy Engineering, General Electrical Engineering, or equivalent (TU/FH, Master's, or Bachelor's)
• You have 5-10 years of experience in network technology and project management, preferably in the field of a grid operator
• You demonstrate strong expertise in primary technology of high-voltage systems and a good understanding of commercial principles
• You are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• You are digitally savvy and eager to shape the future of the energy sector with your innovative ideas
