- You will work with lung organoids generated from primary mouse cells or patient material; including organoid-immune cell co-cultures
- Lead experimental workflows investigating epithelial homeostasis & stress responses cellular signaling pathways and functional assays
- Perform and support CRISPR/Cas9-based gene editing
- Conduct and interpret flow cytometry experiments support panel design and assist with immunology-focused assays
