- Responsible for building and maintaining strategic B2B partnerships
- Identify potential partnership opportunities with other companies, such as coaching training companies, HR consulting practices, etc.
- Evaluate potential partners, negotiate agreements, and managing ongoing relations to drive mutual business success
- Set the sales fundamentals to scale up in the near future the sales partnership function
- Proven experience and track record in start up B2B sales / partnership / new business development
- Experience in the technology industry and strong digital affinity is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen with a growth mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales in Leadership Development, DE&I and/or VR will be considered a strong plus
- Fully remote work (preferably in Europe)
