The Assistant Contract Maintenance Manager plans and coordinates corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted facility operations as reporting to the CMM managing workload service-order management monitoring equipment reliability metrics and adjusting PM frequencies oversee Maximo DMLSS input assign priorities dynamically reallocate resources implement automated service-order dashboards host quarterly peer reviews share best practices cross-train technicians maintain critical spares inventory reconcile completed work develop performance dashboards present findings recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Maintain the service order backlog assigning priorities per PWS paragraph Emergency Urgent Routine overseeing Maximo DMLSS input ensuring Activity Hazard Analyses accompany high risk tasks implementing automated service order dashboards providing live status updates to leadership government stakeholders Develop refine preventive maintenance task lists based on manufacturer recommendations site historical data schedule oversee condition based maintenance inspections using vibration thermal imaging oil analysis tools monitor equipment reliability metrics adjust PM frequencies optimize performance cost effectiveness Lead multidisciplinary field crews executing complex corrective tasks mentoring junior leads conduct pre post task walkthroughs verify adherence QC acceptance criteria record deviations Host quarterly peer reviews share best practices cross train technicians across trades Maintain critical spares inventory coordinate reorder points lead time analyses prevent stockouts mission critical items Liaise supply chain teams source compliant materials under EU procurement laws Reconcile completed work with government records develop performancedashboards highlighting completion rates repeat failure statistics downtime costs Present findings monthly performance review meetings recommend process improvements based on data analysis Minimum years experience medical facility O M commercial building services renovation supervision Working knowledge Maximo DMLSS equivalent CMMS proficiency CBM diagnostic tools English German Language Proficiency Level III Preferred desired certifications ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor CHC Project Management Professional PMP OSHA 30 hour training card
