    Your tasks:
    Responsible for the execution of the Marine Underwriting strategy within the relecant geographical areaExecute and maintain Underwriting governance, guidelines and technical audits worldwideResponsible for remaining Referral Underwriting and strategy deviations for the relevant area, monitoring and analysing amounts/reasonOversee and execute local portfolio steeringPromote collaboration in home office and between home office, local entities and other functionsSupport up-skilling of Underwriting staff Your profile:Completed training in insurance and finance and further training as an insurance specialist or completed studies with a focus on business administration or lawExperience in underwriting in marine insurance, especially industrial risks, is desirableStrong communication skills in conducting talks and negotiationsFluent in written and spoken English, other foreign languages welcomeWillingness to travel within and outside Europe
