Job Title: Real Estate Clerk / Property Manager (m/w/d) in Teningen at GRAF Unternehmensgruppe

Your tasks include:

• Managing the commercial administration of our residential and commercial properties
• Being the primary contact person liaising with tenants, service providers, and authorities
• Independently managing lease agreements from creation to termination, including data maintenance
• Regularly monitoring and adjusting contractual rights and obligations
• Conducting viewings, inspections, and handovers autonomously
• Supporting our accounting in areas of financial management, rental accounting, and rent collection

Your profile:

• Holding a completed apprenticeship as a real estate clerk, further education as a real estate specialist, or equivalent qualification
• Having gained several years of experience in property management/real estate after your apprenticeship
• Demonstrating independent and structured work, teamwork, and reliability
• Showcasing a high level of social competence and communication skills when dealing with tenants, service providers, etc.
• Holding a valid driver's license for conducting viewings
