Job summary
We are looking for a Regional Sales Director who will lead a team of Account Executives covering the DACH region driving revenue growth retaining and attracting new talent and growing your customer base within your assigned territory +
+ You will develop execute sales strategies mentor your team strategically partner with groups across the organization +
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leading successful sales teams
- Minimum 8 years of successful direct sales experience
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles that can last 2-6 months
- Excellent communication (written oral) and presentation skills (in-person virtual)
