    Join Karls as a passionate and experienced Team Manager (Human) in Elstal to lead the team with heart and mind. Responsible for 40 permanent employees and over 30 part-time staff, you play a key role in our company.     YOUR ROLE:

    Team Leadership: You're not just a boss, but a true team captain. Lead a team of 40 permanent employees and over 30 part-time staff. Your goal: Build and lead a motivated and high-performing team to the top.

    Product Display: Design our store with the latest style. Your sense for appealing and tasteful product displays ensures a store that not only looks good but also delights our fans.

    Customer Satisfaction: Customer satisfaction is your mission. Ensure our fans always receive first-class service and personalized advice. Happiness guaranteed.

    Employee Satisfaction: As a strong leader, you motivate and develop your team to achieve top performance and increase employee satisfaction.

    Metrics: Analyze and use data and metrics to enhance business success and optimize your team's performance.

    WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

    As a guide, you have a passion for people.

    With a completed vocational training in retail in hand, you master the overall organization for a well-structured retail area like ABC.

    You have proven experience in retail and team leadership.

    Clear, fair, and respectful communication is as important to you as team cohesion. You have experience in positive people management.

    Entrepreneurial thinking comes naturally to you.

    You have a trendy sense for modern product displays and understand the importance of highlights. From handling MS Office to assortment control and product presentation, trend management, and scheduling, to topics like order, cleanliness, and achieving attractive sales targets, you are as confident as the "Amen" in church.

    You work analytically and use metrics for optimization.

    You are passionate, dedicated, and strive for excellence.

    You act independently and make well-founded decisions.

    You love responsibility and feel comfortable in a dynamic company with flat hierarchies.
