- Lead Team of technical experts across multiple sites
- Contribute to product roadmaps and take decisions with significant business impact
- Be responsible for product definition, business win and design-in of newly developed automotive high voltage chip and discrete power products, based on our CoolSiCTM technology
- Observe and act proactively on application, product and market trends to determine key product requirements future competitive product offerings
- Drive, coach and challenge new technology and product ideas of your team, actively balancing risks and opportunities and driving decisions
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or a similar field
- At least 8 years of professional experience in the area of power semiconductors and automotive applications like traction inverter systems
- Proven experience in leading, developing and motivating a team within a global organization
- Know-how within your fields of customers & applications expertise and in relevant industry across regions
- Already gained a network within relevant communities cooperation partners, universities, institutes or customers
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with customers, as well as internally with colleagues, management peers and upper management levels
- Fluent English language skills – German would be beneficial
