- Responsibility for the development, implementation and strategic introduction of lean methods
- Contact person for the use of tools such as SPC, control plan and PFMEA to ensure part and assembly conformity
- Implementation of Q tools and methods as well as coaching of employees
- Carrying out assessments to ensure the accuracy, repeatability and reproducibility of new methods
- Supporting the Customer Protection Board and analysing deviations in the process
- Active participation in the continuous development of the quality management system at the site for sustainable process improvement
Requirements
- Completed technical studies or industrial engineering with a degree as a technician or business administrator as a minimum
- Several years of professional experience in project management and quality management
- Additional qualifications in lean and change management are an advantage
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office at at least detailed level and experience with data-based tools is desirable
- Business fluent in German and proficient in English
- Existing work permit for the European Union
