- Coordinate with an Account Executive to compose offers & pricing
- Prepare RFP's
- Execute license renewal and opportunity management
- Draft, document, deliver and execute contracts
- Organize our contract and license management and monitor the incoming contracts and monthly invoicing with Finance departments
- Support Sales reps with sales data input and generation of accurate CRM data/reports
- Have hands-on experience (3+ years) in B2B Sales, ideally in enterprise software, HaaS, or SaaS solutions
- Are a person with strong interest in digital innovation and cutting-edge technology
- Experienced with Salesforce (Salesforce Certified Administrator is a plus)
- Hold distinct customer orientation and are skilled in relationship management
- Are team-oriented, work quickly & with care, and have an eye for needed process improvements
- Are experienced in the elaboration of RFPs
- Are fluent in English and German
