- Provide first-level technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices
- Assist in the deployment and management of software applications, patches, and updates to end-user systems ensuring compatibility, security, and optimal performance
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware, software, and network issues
- Document and track end-user support requests, resolutions, and system changes
- Conduct basic user training and provide guidance on the use of various software applications and hardware devices
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to end-user computing
- Collaborate with IT team members to identify and resolve technical issues and provide support
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of end-user devices, licenses, and software assets
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and software applications
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and understanding of network connectivity troubleshooting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with end users and provide support
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in the end-user computing field
