    Are you a sales enabler who enjoys demand generation and onboarding new customers?

    Sensient Food Colors Europe is looking to hire an Inside Sales Account Manager.

    Your mission is to create demand generation with existing and potential customers through a proactive and dedicated approach, mainly via direct telephone/online contact with customers and occasional field visits. This position is responsible for customers in Europe, and it is 100% office based in any of our regional sites (Geesthacht, Saint Ouen l'Aumone, Strasbourg, Milton Keynes, Heverlee, Barcelona, Johannesburg or Istanbul)

This secures a solid foundation to understand the organization and its products, technologies, systems, supporting functions and culture, which enhances your ability to quickly become productive and integrated into the Sensient organization. This, together with your university degree, strong interpersonal communication skills, experience in B2B sales, and technical acumen will be critical to make an impact in the business.
  • After, you will focus on, initiate, and maintain sales and service with existing and potential customers for our Food Colors products in Europe. To help you be successful in this position; we support you in working cross-functionally with our R&D, Commercial, Operational and Service teams.
  • You will play a key role in qualifying customer information, maintaining a sales pipeline, implementing sales strategies, pricing, preparing quotations, communicating appropriate information to management, and maintaining related records and customer files. With your excellent organization and project management skills, customer service and results orientation, communication (fluency in English & German required) and negotiation skills, you will be able to grow our sales revenue and build successful, long-term client relationships.
