Job Title: Production Manager at Premium Reisemobile Company

Thanks to our Premium Reisemobile with a unique exterior and innovative interior design. With camping more popular than ever, we are looking for reinforcements.
• Responsibilities:
  • Respectful operational management of a 10-person, professional, and experienced team
  • Future-oriented and proactive development and design of manufacturing processes and necessary methods
  • Analysis and continuous improvement of production planning and control
  • Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the responsible processes and methods
  • Supporting the production management strategy and close collaboration with manufacturing, logistics, and quality assurance
  • Creating scenarios for further economic expansion stages of production
  • Analysis of all necessary data and structures
  • Implementation of guidelines to achieve production goals in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Advancement of Lean Management
• Profile:
  • Technical degree (possibly also training as a technician) and a strong affinity for the field
  • Professional and leadership experience in a medium-sized industrial environment - also open to those from different backgrounds
  • Excellent analytical skills and reliable, systematic, proactive approach
  • Enjoyment in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and close collaboration with production and logistics
  • Good SAP knowledge and proficient in MS Excel
  • Initial experience in Lean Management
  • Strong team player, organizational skills, forward-thinking, and sense of responsibility
  • Strong communication, flexibility, and excellent comprehension
