We're working with Lidl on this exciting opportunity. The Role
• Combine theoretical university studies with practical application in various Lidl stores.
• Study key retail topics such as marketing, finance, and human resources.
• Learn crucial store operations from merchandising and inventory management to ensuring product quality and freshness.
• Focus on team leadership, performance analysis, and implementing store concepts.
• Prepare for a leadership position in sales with comprehensive training and support.
• Engage in a 3-year program starting October 1st.
What You'll Need
• Abitur or Fachhochschulreife (completed theoretical and practical parts) with strong grades in Math, German, and potentially Economics.
• A proactive work ethic and enthusiasm for the dynamic retail world.
• High level of dedication, goal-orientation, and responsibility.
• Strong communication skills and business acumen.
• Independence combined with excellent teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and flexibility for mobile deployment within your region.
