- Design and execute automated tests for existing and upcoming software features.
- Champion new product development by contributing to all phases, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Support both internal teams and external customers:Troubleshoot application and system challenges for customers, guiding them towards solutions.Partner with engineering to develop workarounds for unmet customer needs.
- Lead the implementation of Azure DevOps and SCRUM methodologies.
- Travel to customer sites for new product deployments.
- Proactively manage and resolve technical issues before escalation.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our industry-leading X-Ray Inspection products.
- Collaborate extensively with R&D, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to bring high-value features to market.
- Bridge the gap between customer needs and technical solutions.
- Manage customer projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Uphold our company's position as the Automated X-Ray Inspection authority.
- Share your expertise by mentoring colleagues within the department.
- Provide 3rd level support for Applications and Field-Service, in-house and at customer sites.
- Provide help in creating product training for internal personnel.
- Perform applications qualification as needed on new manufactured products.
- Create automatic software test routines, embedded into the automatic build process.
- Communicate test results and make recommendations
- Provide the highest quality applications support with minimum supervision in a customer-focused culture.
- Understand and interpret the customer requirements and provide the best solution, working closely with Engineering and Product/Project Management.
- Be a key driver in introducing SCRUM
- Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Support global and regional applications efforts per company needs.
- Attend product launches as necessary.
- Support and promote company values and policies.
- Support sales with technical documentation on key applications.
- Carry out any ad-hoc technical support duties as required by the senior manager.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.
