Your Role - Summarized

• Ensuring proper and timely payroll processing for approximately 4,200 employees
• Trusting collaboration with the human resources departments of our clinic locations as well as other internal and external service providers
• Monitoring legal requirements and initiating necessary and meaningful process and structural adjustments for efficient and service-oriented business processes with powerful digital application systems (fidelis and ATOSS)
• Coordinating internal and external audits and inspections
• Contributing to the expansion of a demand-oriented reporting system
• Professional and disciplinary management of the Central Payroll Department (payroll / working time management) with 8 employees
• Participation in / taking over projects
