Als Flexikant (m/w/d) absolvierst du dein freiwilliges Praktikum und profitierst von einer attraktiven Vergütung und flexiblen Arbeitszeiten. Du unterstützt das Team am bem bei folgenden verantwortungsvollen Aufgaben: Aktive Unterstützung des Teams im operativen HR-Tagesgeschäft Pflege und Aktualisierung von Personaldaten in den entsprechenden Systemen Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Analysen, Auswertungen und Reports (insbesondere mit MS Excel) Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von HR-Prozessen und -Abläufen Erstellung von Präsentationen und Unterlagen mit MS PowerPoint Mitarbeit bei administrativen Aufgaben im Bereich Personaladministration Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation und Qualitätssicherung von HR-ServicesStellenbeschreibung
